Möllers Bryggeri is a brewery restaurant in the old town of Ystad, on Sweden's south coast, and its challenge is a giant version of the Scanian classic äggakaka, an oven-baked egg pancake. Forty eggs go into it, and it's topped with thick slices of pork belly and lingonberries.

A 40-egg äggakaka (about 1.6kg) topped with about 700g of thick pork belly and lingonberries.
