Herkkules is a famous roadside grill at the Suomenkylä rest stop on the motorway outside Porvoo, and its challenges have their own wall, the Gunnia Galleria. The Gunniagalleria 2.0 brunch is a truck stop feast: a triple cheeseburger, sausages, bacon, eggs, a schnitzel, kebab meat and meatballs on a platter of crinkle-cut fries. There's no clock, but it has to go in one sitting.
