West Saloon is a Wild West themed steakhouse outside Slovenj Gradec in northern Slovenia, and it brings the classic American 72oz steak challenge to the Alps. Four rump steaks of around 500g each come with fries and coleslaw, about 2.8kg in all. You've got an hour.
