    Café Svatého Václava sits on Wenceslas Square in the centre of Prague, and it runs the same kilo steak challenge as its sister restaurant Můstek. A 1kg steak, weighed after cooking and done to order, comes with a side of your choice. You've got 15 minutes, with a member of staff watching.

    What you'll be eating

    A 1kg beef steak (cooked weight), seasoned and cooked to order, with a side of your choice.

    What you win

    Finish it within 15 minutes and the steak is free, so your 4,000 Kč deposit comes back.

    Before you go

    Tell the staff before you start and pay the deposit. The steak may be served in several pieces so it cooks evenly, and a member of staff referees the attempt.
