Søren E's Monster Pølsemix Burger Challenge

Søren E - True Taste is a grill bar in Viby, south of Aarhus, and its Monster Pølsemix is a giant version of the Danish hangover classic of sausages and fries in sauce, with a huge burger in the middle. It weighs around 4kg and was unbeaten when BeardMeatsFood took it on.

What you'll be eating

A giant burger with 600g of beef, 8 cheese slices and 8 bacon rashers, surrounded by 400g of sausages and fries in about a litre of béarnaise, around 4kg.

What you win

Finish within 20 minutes and the meal is free, plus a winner's T-shirt.
