Dirty Ranch's 1kg Schnitzel Challenge

Dirty Ranch is a steakhouse in Herning, in the middle of Jutland, and on Tuesdays it serves a kilo of Wiener schnitzel as a challenge. The schnitzel comes with the classic garnish of capers, horseradish, lemon and anchovy, plus potatoes, peas, pepper sauce and a litre of beer or soda. You've got an hour and a half.

What you'll be eating

A 1kg Wiener schnitzel with capers, horseradish, lemon and anchovy, petit potatoes, peas and pepper sauce, plus 1 litre of draught beer or soda.

What you win

It's pay to play at 599 kr, but finish in under 90 minutes and your photo goes on the Schnitzel Challenge Fame Wall.

Tuesdays only, and it has to be pre-ordered by Monday night.
