Restaurant Můstek is just off the bottom of Wenceslas Square in Prague's Old Town, and its challenge is a kilo of steak in 15 minutes. The beef is weighed after cooking and done how you like, with a side of your choice. A member of staff referees the whole attempt.
What you'll be eating
A 1kg beef steak (cooked weight), seasoned and cooked to order, with a side of your choice.
What you win
Finish it within 15 minutes and the steak is free, so your 4,000 Kč deposit comes back.
Before you go
Tell the staff before you start and pay the deposit. The steak may be served in several pieces so it cooks evenly, and a member of staff referees the attempt.
