The Full English's Man V Food Breakfast Challenge

The Full English is a cafe on Guildhall Street in Folkestone town centre, and its Man V Food breakfast is a fry up with more than 26 items on the plate. Six sausages, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, eggs two ways, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes are joined by toast, fried bread, bread and butter and a bowl of chips. It's about 2.7kg, and you've got 30 minutes.

The bread is the danger here, with toast, fried bread and bread and butter all on the plate. Get the hot items down first and leave the bread until you know how much room is left. The cafe is closed on Tuesdays.
