Ramen-Ya is a ramen bar on one of the canals in Amsterdam's old centre, and its Mount Fuji is an oversized, spicy bowl of ramen. You have to finish everything, right down to the last drop of broth. Winners go on the Mount Fuji Wall of Fame, which is still being added to.
