Ribs and Beer's Man vs Food Ribs Challenge

Ribs and Beer was reportedly Milan's first American barbecue, and its rib challenge has been on the menu for twelve years. Two racks of ribs, beans, coleslaw, potatoes and a litre of beer have to go in 24 minutes. Only around eight people have beaten it, and BeardMeatsFood now holds the record at 13 minutes.

What you'll be eating

24 pork ribs (two racks) with baked beans, coleslaw, dipper potatoes and 1 litre of beer.

What you win

Finish within 24 minutes and the €80 meal is free, plus a polo shirt and a place on the wall of fame.

Before you go

The litre of beer counts, but the lettuce garnish doesn't. Closed on Mondays.
