Giappugliese is a Japanese-Apulian restaurant in Milan, and its challenge is 100 pieces of sushi plus a dessert in 30 minutes. Ten sashimi and ten nigiri are chosen by the kitchen and you pick the other 80. Nobody has beaten it yet.
What you'll be eating
100 pieces of sushi (10 sashimi and 10 nigiri set by the kitchen, plus 80 uramaki of your choice) and a millefoglie dessert.
What you win
Finish within 30 minutes and the €35 meal is free, plus €100 cash.
Before you go
Book ahead, Tuesday to Friday evenings. You can buy help, with a friend or the room eating ten pieces, but each one takes €20 off the prize.
