Miller's BBQ Meat Impossible Challenge

Miller's BBQ is a Texas-style smokehouse in an old mill building in Hämeenlinna, and Meat Impossible is its full barbecue spread for one. Smoked sausage, brisket, beef cheek and pork belly come with mac and cheese, potatoes and slaw, plus a litre of drink and a tub of ice cream. You've got an hour.

What you'll be eating

Smoked sausage, beef brisket, beef cheek and pork belly with mac and cheese topped with fried onions, fried potatoes and coleslaw, plus 1 litre of soft drink or beer and 500ml of ice cream.

What you win

Finish within an hour and the €140 meal is free, plus merchandise and a place on the wall of fame. Beat the fastest time for an extra €100 cash.

The sauces are part of the challenge. The restaurant only opens Thursday to Saturday, so check ahead.
