Ciaooo is a Neapolitan pizzeria in Manchester's Northern Quarter, but its most famous order isn't a pizza. The Wheelbarrow Challenge is exactly what it sounds like: an actual wheelbarrow filled to the brim with tiramisu, set down in front of a team of two. Layer after layer of coffee-soaked sponge and mascarpone, and just 30 minutes to see the bottom of the barrow. It's rich, it's sweet and it gets harder with every spoonful.
